Staff: Teachers are certified by the state to teach Early Childhood education or
Elementary Education: Teacher is currently on staff.
Health: Please report any illness immediately to the school so we can notify other parents. If a child is well enough to come to school, we assume he/she is able to go outside and participate in normal school activities. No exceptions will be made.
Transportation: If transportation is desired, parents should contact their local school district for more information.
The all day Kindergarten includes a morning of traditional academic schooling. This will encompass the subjects of phonics, reading, math, science and social studies. The afternoon will consist of "Creative Academics" and enrichment activities to enhance lessons and skills presented earlier. A variety of teaching methods, including large and small group as well as individual, will be in use throughout the day.
Time is set aside for morning snack, lunch and outdoor recess (weather permitting). Time will also be provided for Art, Music and Gross Motor Activities.
